"Construction CRM" is a stretched term. Some tools on this list are sales pipelines with invoicing bolted on; others are full project-management platforms where the CRM is one tab. For a small contractor — one office person, one to three crews — the right question isn't "which has the most features," it's which one runs your actual sequence: lead → estimate → signed proposal → scheduled job → invoice → knowing whether you made money.
Disclosure: this list is published by Breche, which appears on it. As with everything on this blog, our product is ranked where honest evaluation puts it, it gets real cons, and every competitor pricing claim was verified on the vendor's own page on the date shown, with sources linked at the bottom.
