Stages flow left-to-right. Each card is a project — name, contact, address, and project value at a glance. Drop a card on a new column and the sub-stage picker confirms exactly where it lands.

PaidA pipeline that bends to your workflow
Every pain below is a real complaint we hear from contractors trying to use a generic CRM. Each maps to a specific Breche feature.
The pain
Spreadsheet pipelines never match how the team actually moves projects.
What Breche does
Define your own stages per project type — construction (Lead, Estimate Sent, Approved, Scheduled, In Progress, Closed) is different from service (Requested, Quoted, Scheduled, Done). Each stage gets sub-stages you control.
The pain
Drag a project to 'Approved' and forget it had a sub-status.
What Breche does
When the stage changes, a sub-stage picker appears. The pipeline refuses to move the project until the sub-stage is set, so the audit trail stays meaningful instead of every approved deal collapsing into a single bucket.
The pain
Reps can't filter their own queue without exporting to a spreadsheet.
What Breche does
Multi-axis filter: by sales rep, assigned crew, project type, sub-stage. The filter set is in the page header — no settings panel, no saved views, just toggles. Combine with the sort selector to slice the board however you work.
The pain
Kanban only or list only — never both.
What Breche does
Toggle between kanban and list views with one click. The list view shows the same data as a sortable table; kanban shows the same data as drag-and-drop columns. Your view choice persists across refresh.
The pain
Last-touched is buried two clicks deep.
What Breche does
Sort by Last Modified or Age in Status, ascending or descending. The selection persists across refresh per browser. Stale projects float to the top automatically when you sort by Age in Status — Oldest.
The pain
Service projects and construction projects shouldn't share stages.
What Breche does
Each project carries a project type (construction or service). The pipeline filter switches workflow with one toggle and shows the correct stages for that type. Switching a project's type later (e.g. converting a service ticket into a construction job) is a one-click operation with a pre-flight check for blockers.
Features
Drag-and-drop columns or sortable table — same data, your call. View choice persists across refresh.
Define stages per project type. Sub-stages are required at every transition; the picker appears on stage change.
By sales rep, assigned user, project type, sub-stage — combine freely. No saved views, just live toggles in the header.
Last Modified or Age in Status, ascending or descending. Your selection survives a refresh per browser.
Every transition is logged with timestamp, sub-stage, and user. Open the project to see the full audit trail.
Drag a card to the next column, choose the sub-stage in a popup, the project lands fully classified.
Editing a project anywhere in the app updates lastTouched, so 'recently active' projects rise to the top of the sort.
Move a project between construction and service pipelines. A pre-flight check blocks the switch if there are open orders or active service contracts in the way.
