Add vendors and subs, organize them by trade, give them a portal, message them, and track master service agreements.

Vendors are a contact type alongside people and companies. Add one from Contacts (set the type to Vendor), or work from the dedicated Vendor Management page, which gives you a roster view of every sub and supplier.
Tag each vendor with one or more categories (Electrical, Plumbing, Framing, Concrete, and so on) so you can filter your roster by trade when it's time to bid a job. Mark trusted vendors as preferred, and track a 1–5 star rating so your best subs rise to the top.
Enable the portal for a vendor to give them a private, no-login link. In it they can view and sign work orders, submit bids, download shared documents and photos, and upload their invoices. Everything they submit flows straight back into the project.
Message a vendor from within a project — vendor messages are their own thread, and the vendor gets an email with your note and a link to reply.
Send a vendor a Master Service Agreement for e-signature, the same way you'd send a proposal. The MSA tracks its own lifecycle — sent → viewed → signed → active, with expiring soon and expired warnings — so you always know which subs are cleared to work.
Work Orders
Send scoped, priced work orders to your subs and vendors, collect their e-signature, and track them from draft to completed.
Bid Requests
Request competitive bids from multiple vendors, compare them side by side, and convert the winner into a work order.
Managing Contacts
Add clients, vendors, and employees to your contact database.
