Add clients, vendors, and employees to your contact database.
Breche organizes contacts into three types: Clients (homeowners, GCs, property managers), Vendors (subcontractors, suppliers), and Employees (your team members).
Go to Contacts and click + New Contact. Fill in name, email, phone, company, and address. Contacts are automatically linked to projects when you assign them.
Vendors with an email address get access to a vendor portal where they can view work orders, submit bids, upload invoices, and sign documents electronically.

Proposals & E-Signatures
Build proposals with the drag-and-drop builder and collect electronic signatures.
