Build detailed estimates with sections, margins, AI-written descriptions, and line items — then send or turn them into a proposal.

Inside a project, go to the Estimates tab and click + New Estimate. Add line items with descriptions, quantities, unit costs, and units of measure — or start from a saved template so common scopes are one click away.
Group line items into sections (e.g. "Demolition", "Framing", "Electrical") to keep estimates organized — each shows its own subtotal. Set a margin to price the work off your costs and watch your profit as you build.
Stuck on wording? Click the Sparkles icon on a line item to have AI write a clean, professional description from the item name.
When your estimate is ready, click Send to email a professional PDF to your client, or open the PDF in a new tab to review it yourself first. Clients can also review and approve it in the client portal. Wrap an estimate into a proposal for a polished, signable package, and use change orders for scope changes after work starts.
Proposals & E-Signatures
Build proposals with the drag-and-drop builder and collect electronic signatures.
Change Orders
Document and get sign-off on scope changes. Change orders work exactly like estimates — same builder, same signing — just tracked separately.
AI Features
Breche's built-in AI drafts line-item descriptions, customer emails, document titles, and project summaries — so the busywork writes itself.
