The Templates page is where you build and manage everything reusable: estimates, change orders, proposals, invoices, emails, scopes of work, terms & notes, schedules, contracts, MSAs, and lien waivers.
Click New Template, pick a category, and enter the content (email templates also get a subject line). Filter by category or search by name to find one fast. Each template can be edited, duplicated, or deleted.
When you build an estimate or proposal, or send a document email, start from a template instead of a blank page. Email templates also power the messages sent by automations.
