Service Contracts (Recurring Customers)

Auto-generated visits, bundled period invoicing, and contract lifecycle for repeat service customers.

When to Use a Contract

Service Contracts are for repeat service customers — monthly pest control, quarterly HVAC tune-ups, weekly lawn maintenance, annual safety inspections. For a one-time service call, just schedule a visit on a Service-pipeline lead directly. See Construction vs Service pipelines.

Creating a Contract

From a Service-pipeline lead, open the Contracts tab and click + New Contract. Pick a cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly, custom), a service name, a duration, and a billing model:

  • Per-visit — each visit invoices for a fixed amount.
  • Flat-rate — total contract value spread across the term.

Once active, visits are auto-generated for the full term and appear on the calendar and dispatch board.

Bundling Visits Into a Period Invoice

Click Generate Invoice for Period on the contract to bundle all unbilled visits in a date range into a single invoice — useful for monthly billing of weekly visits, or any other "summary invoice" workflow.

Editing an Active Contract

You can update the service name and visit cadence on an active contract. Future visits are regenerated; past visits are untouched.

Expiration Warnings

Breche emails a warning at 30, 15, and 7 days before a contract ends so you can pitch a renewal. Configure the offsets under Settings → Company.
