The Reports Page

The Reports page collects Breche's operational reports, each on its own tab:

• Sales — booked and pipeline value over time.
• Lead Sources — which sources produce your leads and revenue.
• Accounts Receivable — outstanding invoices by age.
• Accounts Payable — bills you owe, by age.
• Lien Waivers — waiver status across projects.
• Age in Status — how long projects sit in each stage.
• Closed Projects — completed and lost work.
• Project Profitability — contract value, budget, actual cost, and variance per job.
• Time by Project — labor hours rolled up per project, filterable by project.
• Service Contracts — recurring-contract health and upcoming visits.

Time by Project

The Time by Project tab totals labor hours per project so you can see where your crews' time is actually going — filter to one or more projects to focus in. It pairs with Time Tracking.

Profitability

The Project Profitability report puts contract value, budget, and actual cost side by side with variance, so you can see which jobs actually made money.

Dashboard KPIs & Export

The dashboard gives at-a-glance metrics — active leads, pipeline value, invoiced, collected, and overdue. Export underlying data to CSV from Settings → Company for accounting imports or your own analysis.
