The pipeline page shows your leads as cards on a kanban board. Each column represents a stage in your process. Drag cards between columns to update their status.
Breche supports two pipeline types: Construction (new build, renovation, commercial) and Service (maintenance, repairs, both one-off calls and recurring contracts). Each has its own set of stages. See Construction vs Service pipelines for when to use each.
Each stage can have sub-stages — finer-grained statuses inside a stage (e.g. "Lead → Awaiting callback" vs "Lead → Site visit booked"). Configure them under Settings → Workflow. Sub-stages drive automations and the pipeline filters.
Filter the pipeline by project type, sales rep, sub-stage, or date range. Use the search bar to find specific projects quickly.
