Dispatch Board

Assign visits to crew, optimize routes, and handle multi-day or past-due work.

Day View vs Week View

The dispatch board has a Day view (one column per crew member for the selected date) and a Week view (a 7-day grid per crew member). Switch between them with the top-right toggle. Drag visit cards between columns or days to reassign and reschedule.

Past-Due Visits

Visits whose scheduled date has passed without completion stay visible on both Day and Week views — they don't fall off until you mark them done, skipped, or reschedule them. They appear with a red border so they stand out from on-schedule work.

Multi-Day Visits

Set a visit's end date to a later day to mark it multi-day (e.g. a 3-day reroof). The visit shows on every day in the range, with a small pill below the date indicating it continues.

Multi-User Assignment

Assign multiple crew members to a single visit by adding them in the visit details. The visit then appears in each assignee's column on the board, and a single completion flips the visit done for everyone.

Route Optimization

Set a home location (your yard or shop) under Settings → Company → Dispatch. Click Optimize on a route to re-order stops by drive time, with the home as the start and end anchor.
