One Place for Every Conversation

Each project has a Messages tab that keeps all its communication together, split into channels: Internal (team-only notes), Client, Vendor, Email, and Field. Everyone sees the channels for their role — field crews, for example, see only the Field channel.

Writing & Mentioning

Compose messages with a rich-text editor and attach files. Type @ to mention a teammate — they get notified and are added as a thread subscriber, so they stay looped in on replies.

Threads & Replies

Reply to any message to start a thread. Thread participants are notified of new replies, and a notification link drops you straight onto the highlighted message.

Client & Vendor Messages

Client-channel messages appear in the customer's portal; vendor-channel messages reach your vendors. Both can reply, and their responses land right back in the thread.

Email Delivery

Messages sent as email show a delivery status — pending, sent, or failed — powered by real delivery events. If one fails, you get a clear retry option instead of silent loss.
