The Routes page plots every geocoded project on a map, with pins color-coded by pipeline stage. Click a pin to see the project, contact, address, and value, and jump straight into it. (A project needs a recognized address to appear.)
Switch to the dispatch views to build each crew's day or week: drag stops between people and days, and pull from the unassigned pool. It's the same board covered in Dispatch Board.
Click Optimize on a day to re-order that crew's stops for the least drive time. Stops with locked times stay put, and Breche asks how to handle conflicts rather than silently moving a committed appointment.
Set a home location (your yard or shop) and a default day-start time in Dispatch Settings. With a home set, the optimizer plans a loop out from and back to it; without one, it anchors on your first and last stops.
