User Roles & Permissions

Configure role-based access control for your team.

Default Roles

  • Admin — Full access including billing, settings, and user management
  • Manager — Access to all project operations, reports, and templates
  • Field — Limited to assigned projects, time tracking, calendar, and tasks

Custom Permissions

Go to Settings → Permissions to fine-tune what each role can do. Toggle access to reports, templates, dispatch, automations, vendor management, and more.
