Inviting Your Team

Add team members, assign roles, and manage permissions.

Invite Users

Go to Settings → Users and click Invite User. Enter their email and select a role (Admin, Manager, or Field). They'll receive a setup link via email.

Roles

  • Admin — Full access to all features, settings, and billing
  • Manager — Access to projects, estimates, proposals, invoices, and reports
  • Field — Limited to assigned projects, time tracking, and calendar

Permissions

Fine-tune access from Settings → Permissions. Control who can view reports, manage templates, access the dispatch board, and more.
